Paige & Whitley were our favorite vendors to work with throughout the wedding planning process! They were our best decision and we cannot imagine what the big day would've looked like without them. They are proactive, creative, so kind, and extremely thoughtful. They have so many ideas and resources that allow your dream to come to life in a way that's feasible and even more immaculate than imagined. As soon as we booked with A Moment in Time, we knew we were in great hands. No time was wasted, a group chat was set up immediately. In communicating, it was apparent that the team genuinely wanted to get to know us and our story as a couple. Not only that but they wanted to create a day that would reflect us. So many ideas were offered up and questions were answered in that group chat. They also provided recommended vendors and timelines for each milestone leading up to the wedding. AND both Paige & Whitley responded more promptly than any other vendors we worked with. Paige & Whitley offered to meet up with us multiple times and ended up taking some of the DIY projects off our hands. They truly went above and beyond their roles as day of coordinators. As the wedding drew closer, Paige & Whitley took over everything communication-wise and then some. It was such a blessing to have them carry out our vision while we kept our peace of mind. I'm still not sure how they were able to take the mess of details and decorations I gave them the morning of, and turn it all into a beautiful fairy tale-like scene. All the while, they were both reassuring and present. This still baffles me but somehow they even captured the details of the day by taking some pictures and video. This was truly the first footage we saw of our wedding after the fact. As we were waiting on photographers and videographers, we were able to get a small preview of what the day looked like to our guests through the Instagram reel Paige & Whitley compiled. It seems like anything they touch turns to gold. And they leave things better than they are found. Besides the seamless setup and orchestration of the entire event, the team was also there to clean up. I cannot say it enough... Paige & Whitley are amazing. They think of everything, they somehow can do it all. A Moment in Time is a class act and the best...

I heard about Paige and Whitley through a friends wedding, she told me they were a MUST. Meeting with them for the first time was so easy, they were knowledgeable on a lot of things I did not even know. I trusted their opinion and always asked their opinion throughout my planning. I would message them anytime I had an idea or needed their thoughts they WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE!!! I loved that! Their expertise in Wedding planning alone helped me soo much on my big day! I cant even imagine my day without them. I remember at some point of the night I walked past one of them working running her tail off and she just smiled like she was having a good time too, you can tell these ladies have a passion for what they do! My day would have not gone so smoothly without them! They kept track of everything, they will even help with small must have details like welcome cards... I thought that was the sweetest! Wow! What is there not to say about these women. They were professional, polite, extremely helpful, flexible, and out right the best decision I could have made for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party. We live in Texas, but still have a lot of family that live in Indiana , so we decided to throw a party there. Paige and Whitley made the entire process smooth. The kept in constant communication with us at all times, they were happy to discuss any idea about any detail no matter how small, and took care of everything from set up to clean up. I received SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on the decorations from friends and family. The whole process ended being much easier than I could have imagined planning a party thousands of miles away in a different state. These two ladies are going to be the new standard for any event professionals I hire in the future. I already plan on using them for my daughter next birthday and many more gatherings in the future.
