WORSE customer service I’ve ever experienced! My service “rep” Pete never returned a single phone call and I had to physically go to the park to talk to about my mothers service. We previously bought a plot 10 years prior for my father and she purchased a double plot at that time. When I did get information on the cost, I did ask if there was any additional charges and was told “I’ll look into it and get back to you, which never happened. When I did go to the park I was then told the price quoted was now DOUBLE. Pete never introduced him self when I did meet him, looked me in the eye, shook my hand or offered ANY condolence what so ever! The day of my mothers service, no tent was in place at the grave, the chair covers were torn and tattered and the table I asked for was a card table with a cover that was wrinkled and stained. PLUS…………they lost her urn and there were no ashes!!! NO managers, nor Pete, or supervisors were present in the facility. Our only help came from the one grounds keeper Matt who was making phone call to find someone who knew where the urn was. The head grounds keeper Andrew came in on his day off and between him and my brother, found my mothers urn in a bag in a closet!!! How unacceptable, heart breaking, emotional, and maddening. Given the number of people present at the service and our family This place will NEVER be recommended to anyone!! I had to pick a star in order to have add this post which is why I picked a one star or NONE would have been...

On the 7th anniversary of my son’s passing, I wanted to share a story… Imagine the devastation a mother feels after losing both son and grandson. Then imagine the unfathomable, the same mother visiting the cemetery to find her son removed from his place of rest out and sitting in the cemetery all alone.
Still drowning in the recent hurt of losing my grandson, the grief of losing my son was brought back to reality.
The night before moving My son to be by his Son, the memorial park removed my son from his grave and left him sitting out over night as if he had no value or was not loved. Imagine the hurt I/we felt seeing him out in the open like a piece of lumber.
The lack of respect was unconscionable and the hurt we experienced was like him passing away all over again.
I have yet to hear from anyone from the cemetery regarding the incident, but the sales person “Pete” was quick to tell me that in November there will be sale for my grandson’s grave marker.
Since then, several friends and relatives have gone to pay their respect to find a disheveled and unkept gravesite.
As embarrassing it is to show my child in this light, I feel it is very important to share my experience.
A place that should have more compassion for the grieving truly has shown that money is more important than the care and respect of our loved ones.
Be mindful, where you rest and lay those you...
Read moreCalled the office to obtain a status for my families bench. I first was told it would take a year from a recent email from somewhere. I quickly stated that is current status. My order was placed 5 to 6 minths previously. I paid in fullcash 14,000.00, an that was my only response. I called back to speak with the administrator. Seems to be a customer service task to support the office. I was told it would take a week, to find my paperwork an make a call to inquire about my family bench. I said i would call the next day. I was busy, an a week later still no call back. In the mean time three of my family remains still dont have there final resting place. Really poor customer service. For 14,000.00 updates an requested updates is not to...
