If their were more stars then just 5 I'de SELECT to infinity & beyond!! We have been here since DAY 1!! 2 years now and counting!! If there was an optional 5 year contract, I would have signed it from the start!!! :) Greystone at Mulberry Grove is our home. If your looking for professional, safe, quiet, dreamy, relaxing annnnnd BEAUTIFUL , GREYSTONE AT MULBERRY GROVE is where you need to be. The office staff, the sherrifs on the property WE LOVE YOU!! This is the safest, most spotless, most qelcoming & professional , family oriented Apartment complex I have EVER LIVED IN and EXPERIANCED!! GREYSTONE AT MULBURRY GROVE IS THE PLACE YOU NEED TO BE!! OUR HOME IS LITERALLY WHERE YOU VACATION!!! AS MY FELLOW CANADIANS , THEYLL SAY SO TOO!! WE ARE SO BLESSED MOST IMPORTANTLY, huuuuuge SHOUT OUT GOES TO THE STAFF !! This place would NOT be the same if it diodnt have the staff that runs it! Everything & ANYTHING you need positive or negative, they handle it RIGHT AWAY!! I most definetly could; without hesitation, call you all our family. They do everything going ABOVE and BEYONNND doing everything they can in their ability and power to satisfy their residents. Always making sure their residents are happy and taken care of. They truly are a blessing. Krista, Lilly, Hinley, and officer Akens!! TEARS to my DARN EYES! We love you all so much. You guys are SO amazing always making us feel seen and heard and cared for and welcome all the time. Truly, me and Ella Grace will be eternally grateful for the most memorable apartment living and cared for staff that we could have ever been a part of and possibly imagine. Even simply just walking into to say hello and my little Ella Grace hopping on eother of your laps and you alll just treating her as if she was your own just MELTS MY DARN HEART!! ITS CLEAR SHE LOVES YOU AND SOP DO IIIII!! THE LOVE IS THERE FOR YOU ALL AND WE CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH!! A huge shout out also to put maintance team for having this place SPOTLESS 24/7 and being a helping hand whenever it's been needed, REGARDLESS what we've needed. Yall have just BLOWN ME AWAY!! If I could leave 0 stars, I surely would from the inconvenience and incompetent service I received. I called several times on Friday early morning (while they were open) to attempt to book the clubhouse (rental) but there was no answer so I left a voicemail. Jackson returned my call at 11:49a stating that he would have to call me back referencing the booking of the clubhouse (as the clubhouse was AVAILABLE, but apparently Jackson was unsure that I could book it). I received a phone call at 529p from Jackson telling me that I was not able to book the clubhouse d/t not being a resident at Mulberry Grove. I AM a resident of a Greystone Property and have known that if the clubhouse is available that you are able as a Greystone resident to book the clubhouse at any Greystone property. I politely asked Jackson why was I not able to book the clubhouse and he stated that I was not a resident of Mulberry. I asked if he could please confirm that; he stated that he did confirm with another coworker. I asked if it was a manager and he said no, it wasn't. I asked him to please confirm with a manager because I would hate to be upset about something that could have been prevented (not being able to book the clubhouse that was available d/t ignorance). FAST FORWARD: I did NOT get a call back from Jackson as I waited by the phone Friday evening because he told me he understood where I was coming from and would call management. Although, Jackson decided to call me back 1 minute BEFORE closing time, I figured he would call me right back as that was my spoken request). Please understand that when you say that you are going to do something... The EXPECTATION would be that you would do what you said you were going to do at the very least. I’m copying my review from 2 months ago and providing important updates: “The apartment itself is very nice. However, we regularly smell marijuana coming from another apartment in our building, and our upstairs neighbors must be the rudest, loudest people on planet Earth. We’ve complained to the management several times, but nothing improves. My 5-year old wakes up scared during the night because of the noise, even with a noise maker in her room. My downstairs neighbor (2 stories below the noisy neighbors) has to give her dogs sedatives because of the noise. It’s ridiculous. If you want an stress-free place to live, this isn’t it!!” Property manager’s public reply: “ Jennifer, We sincerely apologize for the ongoing issues you've experienced and the impact they've had on your family. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention, and we are committed to addressing these problems urgently. I will be contacting you today regarding your complaints. Sincerely, K. Morris, Property Manager” Update: 8/11/24: TWO MONTHS LATER… no one has reached out to me. I felt it important to repost and share the truth of the non-response to my concerns. I have submitted so many complaints in writing, nothing gets done. This past week alone, I’ve had to call police out twice because of the commotion. Aside from this horrible neighbor issue, it’s not safe to take your kids to the pool here. On Cinco de Mayo, 2024, multiple police had to be called to the scene of a pool party. Bongs were being used out in the open. Drunk people threatened police officers. A speeding car trying to flee the scene nearly struck a child in the parking lot.
