I went to this place this past Saturday to buy some parts they had listed online. They were closed even though their hours say they’re open on Saturday. I called before leaving just to make sure somebody wasn’t running late since I drove an hour and half to get there. No answer so I drove back home. Monday comes and they return my phone call. I tell him I need a steering knuckle and axle they have listed. He said the differential itself was sold but he still had the knuckle and axle. I told him I needed it and would be by the next day. He said great he would have them ready for me.Then today comes and I drive another hour and half there. He tells me that he sold the differential today with everything and that I should’ve “reserved” them. So he first told me the differential was sold but not with the knuckle and axle and now he changed what he said. Then when I got mad for wasting six hours of driving, he says “it’s ok.” It is not ok that you say you’re open Saturday and then proceed to tell me that you were closed because you had to do something. It’s not okay that I drove six hours total for parts that you said you were holding for me. And btw, those parts are still...

On my daughter's way to the beach for her senior trip I received the call that most parents dread, that she was in an accident. Thankfully everyone was safe but the experience I had with the local tow company (if Worley's shows up, do yourself a solid and just push the car somewhere yourself , trust me on this one) I wasn't feeling very hopeful for kind courteous help from anyone in the area. However, kindness was exactly what I encountered at All Model Auto Parts. David went out of his way to help and even made an extra trip back to Worley's to pick up the funds he overcharged and sent it back to me. I hope to never need this type of service in this area again, but David would my first call...

THEY ARE SCAMMERS WE PURCHASE THE SEAT BELT FROM THIS COMPANY AND THERE WAS A PERSON NAME KEVIN NEGLECT TO SEND US THE PICTURES OF THE PART BEFORE SHIPPING WHEN WE RECEIVED THE PART IT WAS IN VERY BAD CONDITION AND WAS LOCKED THE RETRACTOR WAS DAMAGE TOO WE ASKED THEM TO REFUND US AS WE STILL HAVE THE WARRANTY TO CLAIM THE PART BUT THEY DIDN'T DO THAT. THE PART WAS ALREADY RETURNED TO THEIR YARD NOW THEY ARE NOT RETURNING THE PAYMENT AND PART. THEY ARE ABUSING US. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS THEY ARE JUST MAKING...
