My daughter had her braces done here. She started out the summer before 7th grade and ended in 10th. Timothee has a clean establishment and great technology. They are the most expensive orthodontist in the area however, for the sake of convenience we did pay the extra money. My daughter got clear brackets. Sometimes she would have great experiences with the people who updated her braces and sometimes it was newer people who did not correctly cut the wires so she would hurt or sometimes they would save time by not changing her bands even when they were stained (clear and smoke bands turn colors even when you do exactly as asked) Through Covid it was terrible but no one really knew how to handle Covid so that is absolutely understandable. I did have to push hard to get my daughter’s center to be correct before she was done. This office offers incentives to give a 5 star review so I don’t think that is fair. Over all I will probably go elsewhere for my other children. The receptionist was the sweetest human being ever but has retired I believe? My daughter does have straight teeth and the job was done with a few frustrations along the way. So definitely not a 5 star review but somewhere...

I’m trying to give it three and a half stars. Overall it was a good experience. My teeth are straight and the people were nice and helpful most of the time. I only had two complaints: one, at the end of the treatment I was given side by side comparison photos and it was quite obvious that the before pic was edited to look worse than it actually was, and the after pic was edited to look better that it is. My second complaint was that it was just too expensive. My treatment cost more than my car, and Invisalign is a separate company that you can get treatment from without having to spend so much money at the orthodontist. But only two complaints out of a year and half worth of treatment is still pretty good. Again I give them three and a half stars not four. Giving a half star wasn’t an option and I’m...
