We were  in need of a tractor with a cab to replace an open station machine. We found a low-hour 3520 John Deere at this dealership. After getting it to our farm and running it for less than 3 hours, it refused to start.  We took it to a local John Deere dealer, and they discovered that an air intake had a hole in it.  This resulted in the ruination of the engine despite having only 300 hours. When I contacted Ravenscraft, the owner's reaction to the issues was the PERFECT response.  He promised to pay for the repairs IN FULL!

My experience with Dan & Ravenscraft Implement has been nothing short of excellent. The very first Saturday that I showed up, Dan sat down with me & spent a couple hours answering all my questions comparing tractor models - well after regular business hours. He encouraged me to test out the different tractor models & didn't push the sale whatsoever. By the time I left his office that day I already knew I was going to buy a tractor from Dan at Ravenscraft. We ended up landing on a used 2018 Kubota tractor with low hours. Dan the Kubota man did a great job! I was worried at first. He told me he had a tractor that I wanted and I gave him the run down of options and he called me and said I was approved but he didn’t have a couple of the things I wanted. He came through and was able to get everything I asked for. I didn’t go in and have a face to face conversation to begin with. That was my downfall.
