CCWRD — Local services in Whitney

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I received from this company. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to call regarding billing issues this being the third time and each time, I was met with unhelpful responses and, more concerningly, a dismissive and rude attitude from the representative.

Customer service should be built on empathy, patience, and professionalism, none of which were displayed during our interactions. Whoever I spoke to clearly lacks the basic qualifications for handling customer inquiries. It felt as though I was a burden rather than a valued customer simply seeking clarity on a recurring issue.

Having to follow up multiple times for the same billing concern, only to be treated with such poor attitude, is unacceptable. I sincerely hope this company re-evaluates its training standards and takes steps to ensure that future customers are treated with respect and...

ABSOLUTELY th worst telephone 'auto-pay' system I have ever encountered. Worse, when you manage to negotiate the several minutes long phone menu and finally get to the 'auto-pay' program it runs you around in circles! I spent 18 minutes trying to get to a live person and unfortunately got "NICK" who simply didn't care to help me and when I asked for a supervisor he - for the fourth time - asked me to explain the problem again so that he would know what to tell his supervisor!!! When I wasn't able to explain the auto-pay problem to HIS satisfaction HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I tried the internet number trying to get to a 'person' and was on hold for 22 minutes before I gave up. We have horrible smell in this part of the valley and no one seems to care. The air quality is horrible and we deserve better. Taking my complaining publicly to one of the news channels, this smell lingers for days and wouldn't be tolerated in another part of town! Update Sept 2024: they turn on their 'turbines' way before 7am during the week! All night the smell comes through the AC vents -this wouldn't happen in Summerlin. You are literally polluting more than you clean. The air quality gets worse every year and it's not fair. Where's the commissioner assigned to this part of town?!
