I had the, absolute, worst experience with this business. Between the revolving door of employees, lack of coordination and communication between staff (as the staff quit), lack of communication when anything was finished or not able to be finished to the customer, to a full set brand new tires being “thrown away” after being dismounted from a set of wheels which this company was unable to powdercoat nor polish. I offered the staff text messages between their staffers and myself, receipts and or pictures of how the products were dropped off, and all I was told was that they would charge me 10% on anything left after so many days. I offered to pay for the 10% I was being taxed to “store my tires” and after the offer, they could no longer find a brand new set of tires. You’re better off finding a different shop, or making the drive to DFW where they treat people and their property...

What can I say! These guys took me from a stock jeep to a finished overlander rig. We started out with a 4” lift and 37” tires. They installed a couple radios (gmrs and a cb )Both work great. Came back and they installed a pioneer rack and new front and back bumpers. Money well spent. Last week I noticed my jeep sitting to low due to all the stuff I was putting in to it. Called Floyd Tuesday and explained the problem and he had 2 new heavy duty springs on it by Thursday close. Let me tell you about this guy…as I was leaving his parking lot , he saw I had a flat tire on my trailer. It was 430 and time for him to leave and he pulled me in and took off my tire and put my spare tire on. Way beyond call of duty. Thank you Floyd. You have made a customer for life.
