I've had this happen twice now I would call and ask if my medicine ready they said were getting it ready give us 10 to 20 mins I was all the way on the west side at the wesley er and got over there and it still wasn't ready so then the lady proceeds to go and work on it and says to the pharmacist I told them 20 mins and then today I went to get my prescription but it wasn't ready they said give me 15 to 20 mins so I did I went and drove around and come back and it still wasn't ready so this lady proceeds to tell the pharmacist I told her 20 mins, I'm sorry if me needing my medicine is...

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is garbage. My baby is sick, I ran an errand to give time for them to get the prescription ready... an hour later I show up and they tell me it's going to be another hour. They refer me to a different store, so I call to see how long their wait time is... 20 minutes, yay! But wait, they can't access my daughter's prescription in the system because 55th/Broadway hasn't entered it, yet! Hmmm..
