Dollar General — Local services in Wildwood

I stopped in on my way to work needing a phone charger. The store was lit up and 4 cars in the parking lot along with a Frito-Lay vendor delivering product. I seen people in the store as they were all up front and the doors were open. Naturally I assumed the store was open and walked in. As I was walking toward the phone chargers then associate said to me ma'am we're not open yet. My question is why would you have the doors open if you're not open for customers to walk in. This does not send the right message to a customer. The store opens at 8a and it was 7:51a. Apparently my business is not worth 9 minutes of their time . Great staff. Found everything and more! Back 12 yrs ago my regional manager from NAM made the remark that dollar General and family dollar stores are for welfare recipients. I don't think so. First place I stop. If they don't have it , carry on. Have found some really cool Xmas gifts. That Wal-Mart didn't have. SCORE! And great craft supplies. And baking isle is well stocked. Oh Yeah that's what I'm talk in about. Those girls humped butt in this store. And it shows. Great...

Sooo disappointed in this location . None of the self checkouts work, lines are waay too long and registers are screwing up or employees don't know how to work them. Not enough employees to service customers and I even heard one employee berate the customers saying," you wanted computer check out..so deal with it. " HORRIBLE SETUP AND ABSOLUTELY NOOOO SERVICE.
