I'm only rating this on Kuhns grocery store! If I could give it a zero I most definitely would! Here's why. I've gone to this store many many times over the past ten years, that being said this is not being posted on a one time experience! I've caught kuhns relabeling foods that have expired and should not be sold! Most recently my boyfriend bought deviled eggs and got ill after eating what we found out were expired relabeled bad eggs. 2 weeks ago I went in to buy a cheese and pepperoni platter and all had moldy or just about moldy food in them. They were the exact same ones still there a few days ago. Also a free days ago I noticed they were selling precut moldy fruit! Now the expired, bad and moldy food is enough, but I'll continue with it anyways. They're selections on things are few and far between, the prices are not completable with other stores in the area, and no one seems to do quality control or take customers complaints seriously! Unless it's shelved and boxed and nonparishable I wouldn't buy it there or even consider...
Read moreKuhns market. Several new cashiers. Not friendly at all. No smiles, no personality. The cashiers that have been there for years are great. That's the only reason I shop there. Since the former manage Norma retired the new managers need to have a long talk with the newer cashiers and give them lessons on personality and customer service. Smile please. I was there last week and the cashier was sick and coughed all over my food order. I asked het if she needed some water and she snapped at me and said very loudly, I AM SICK.! No kidding stay home when you're that sick...especially when you are in an environment that deals only with food. I hope the new managers read this review and retrain or hire cashiers that like to deal with the public. What's the matter people? Nasty, mean, unfriendly cashiers ruin the image of the great cashiers that work at...
Read moreI really wanted to like this store since I don't have exp shopping @khuns (s)? But I found the prices crazy high. What costs 100 at Wal-Mart is 180 here.
I'm mostly disappointed in bakery department. They use the same nasty white cream on everything. Even stuff the 'gourmet lady finger' cookies that cost about $1 each with that nastiness. And even beter- Last week my tarmisue cake had buttercream on it. BC tasted like mint. Im all for Christmas flavors for the Christmas season but mint flavored buttercream doesn't belong on Italian cake. No type of BC belongs on this cake. BC was hard from being refrigerated so I picked it off, but the mint flavors had all ready transfered. It was gross and expensive 7.99, for something I did throw away less than an hour...
