Carriage House — Local services in Willard

Out of all the Florists I've used over the years, Carriage House Florists is hands down the best customer service I've received. I live in Cincinnati but needed to send an arrangement to Willard but wanted to use a florist that was local to Willard, OH. I'm glad that my search ended with the Carriage House. I worked primarily with Pam and I believe there was also a Becky who helped with my order. As this was a special arrangement for our family and in memory of a loved one, there was a lot of thought that went into the order. I was also very indecisive about certain aspects of the order too. That being said, Pam and Becky were extremely helpful, personal, understanding. They were very prompt in responses when I had last minute changes to the order. I would have been annoyed if I was working with myself as a customer but they had a "no fuss" attitude and treated me as a VIP. We had a combination of several messages that wanted to be included and they wrote all of them in the card "word for word". Being out of town and unable to attend the memorial services, they not only texted me after delivery and to confirm it was received by a human but they also texted me pictures of the beautiful arrangement. They were very fair in price and I felt very comfortable giving my debit card information over the phone. Charges came out as expected with no additional or surprise costs.
