Local prize winning maple syrup! It's a short sugaring season in this part of New England. We took the ride to Williamsburg & Rt. 9 in March before inventory was gone. Syrup, candy maple leaves, cotton candy & spreadable maple cream made from delicious maple sap. Not boiling the day we were there. I've watched the boil since I was a kid so I was OK.
