Excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff, kind and courteous, and a very clean facility. The animals awaiting slaughter are kept clean and well cared for, very calm and no sign of fear at all. I was very impressed at how clean the butchering room is. I went to pick up some fresh beef bones and large chunks of fat (which is waste material that customers do not want and the facility has to just dispose of) for my dogs to have as a treat. They give it away for free, as much of it as you can take. Since I am disabled, they even carried it to my car for me....

The last two times we used, Them we got our meat and it was full of blood. I had to practically wash our hamburger meat in a strainer To get all the blood out of it. The steaks were paper thin We truly don't think we got our beef. I don't know how they can do people that way once let along twice. We stopped going there and started going to another Place. We're so thankful We did, because our beef We just got back is wonderful We had been taking our beefs To Williamsburg Meat Processing for a long time , but Not Anymore!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this...

Moved to corbin area about 18 months ago from N.E pa. This was my first visit of what will be many to come, great prices, awesome cuts of meat that are not all fat. Just awesome whole way around, if I could give more that 5...
