Great place to work out in. Staff is friendly and helpful. Equipment is standard and other options such as battle rope rowing machines etc are available if your in the classes or membership they offer for those items. Hours are ok but hopefully in the future they open it up for to a 24/7 deal or later hours for the weight room. Came here for x-country meet hosted by Williamsburg HS. Paid $5 to park. The Rec Ctr was locked, not allowing use of restrooms. There were thousands of people there and only 3 porta-potties.
