Williamsport Food Basket — Local services in Williamsport

We stopped by to pick up a couple things for our niece on our way to her home. There was plenty of free parking but we didn't see any wheelchair accessible parking. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and we don't know if the offer any restrooms. The store was deserted except for the cashier. It was neat and clean and we found what our niece wanted but the shelves were sparsely stocked and there wasn't a lot of varieties. We didn't check out the entire store so about all I can tell you is that it's a small town grocery store and what we purchased was good quality and reasonably priced. We don't live in Williamsport but I imagine it is convenient for the locals to have a grocery store. You'll have to check them out yourself to see what they have to offer for your shopping needs. ...

Store was clean , not a very good big selection in the store. The cashier was too busy telling everybody she was going to go get drunk on on break. I don't think that was very appropriate to say when you got customers in line and you're getting to leave for break news. I don't know if she was joking or what she seemed very serious about it. That was the one time I went in and the last time ready to drive 30 miles to go into Lafayette or Danville because I was not happy with their clerks were services...

It used to be a great little store but since the changeover it has unfortunately gone downhill and FAST! The outside does look nice but the inside is definitely lacking. Extremely low stock,many empty shelves along with empty freezers and a very sad produce section. We were truly hoping that over time they would get the kinks worked out BUT unfortunately it has only worsened. Overall...
