This place is a rip off I brought a 2004 bmw 745li from these people. Second day came around my check engine light came on I immediately reported it. They finally got to it few months later.. turns out they claim its my alternator and had to replace it and then charge me for it... now I never had an issue with anything else besides my check engine light. The car went from Philly to nc to Chicago and I'm not dumb if it was an alternator my car would have been died on day two.. when I got my car back from these people I notice there was more lights on my dash board then not only that my car radiator was hanging off lucky enough the bottom piece of the car held the radiator up in place but these people had look at twice then tell me they don't have the right equipment to fix the problem and expect me to come out of my pockets to take the car to BMW dealership. I'm sorry I will not recommend anyone to buy a car from them I notice other folks on these reviews giving a lot of good reviews I think it's them leaving these reviews because people I know that had brought a car from them had bad experience as well. I had a wonderful experience buying a Chevy suburban from this dealership... It also came with a 30 day warranty for transmission and engine.. Staff was very friendly and answered any questions. Also let us test drive the vehicle alone without a ride along. The lot was very clean, all the vehicles were in very good condition as well as detailed. This is the epitome of what a car dealership should be.. Asking price for the vehicle could have been alot higher than it was.... Great experience and quick..
