Call and spoke with someone about canceling my membership. The female owner was the one I spoke to (won’t mention names) she told me that I was all set and not to worry about it. Woke up the next couple days to them double charging me for the membership, then when I called them the person answering the phones told me “there’s nothing I can do.” And when I continued to call back they kept hanging up on me and sending me to voicemail. Great gym, shady business. Lady was hesitant to accept cash monthly payments, claiming she dislikes having to "hunt people down," and encouraged me to pay with credit card. I specifically asked about hidden fees such as sign up fees to which she replied confidently and disdainfully, "We don't do that kind of thing." When I cancelled my monthly membership 5 months later, I'm told I need to give 30 days advanced notice and was charged for a month when I was not even in the state.

most things here are old and rusty. But the reason i’m here is because i called to put my membership on hold because i was going on a month long vacation, they were rude a passive aggressive. i was speaking to the owner as well, after she “paused” it i said thank you so much and have a good day she literally hung up on me. all the staff here is rude af except that one guy in a hat. how is that how you run a business?? i shouldn’t even have to be the one saying have a good day.
