I trust Chad, Mr. David and everyone else at Williston Tire and Auto unequivocally. They have always been fair and honest with me, and I trust them to tell me exactly what needs to be fixed and not try to upcharge me or tack on services that I don’t need. Whether I am broken completely down or just need a tire looked at, Chad and Mr. David have taken care of every automotive need.

One time I hit a deer and needed them to pick up the car while I went on to work—they did and Chad worked with the insurance agent to get the car fixed and paid for. One time my gas tank fell down in my old truck; Mr. David tried to talk me through a fix over the phone and when that didn’t work, he came and picked me and the truck up to get us home. One time my car was making an awful noise and I just knew it was going to cost me hundreds to fix—Chad came back with a small rock that was stuck in my brakes and didn’t charge me a thing. They have fixed my tires, brakes, electrical issues, and gear shifting cables, done oil changes, tire rotations, and everything else a car could possibly need.

My experience at this place I can safely say is the last there very rude,they have no order that these cars get done in so you will definitely watch people who walked in after you leave before you they don’t like when you ask how much longer when it’s already been 30 minutes and 3 different cars out the shop just a horrible experience all around not to mention I had a lawn mower tire that I needed changed and had the new one already they literally just had to put in on and air it up and it took about an hour and 30 minutes I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR ANYTHING TO YOUR CAR 20 dollars to put the lawn mower tire on and give it air when on the phone I was told it was 12...

Late on a Saturday evening, 4:30pm left God's Healing Springs headed back to Augusta when our "run flat" tire ran FLAT, FLAT out in the middle of BFE, 😆. With multiple challenges attaining a towing for the Bimmer, daughter was able to connect with a gentleman from WILLISTON TIRE & AUTO. Our prayers manifested with "De'Lorn" aka Da Lord 🙏🏽!
