This place is amazing!! Headed on a trip and decided to stop somewhere we had never been. The service was absolutely amazing!! Meagan was our server. She was so informative. She helped with selections. I am highly allergic to onions (which makes it difficult to eat out) but Meagan made sure that there was no onions in sauces, mixes, ect. The restaurant sat her 4 tables at once and she handled it like a champ. When she would forget what someone was drinking she would ask nicely 'Remind me again what you're drinking?'. What a great way not to upset people. Megan's demeanor was kind, caring, informative and her work ethic was spot on. If I still ran a restaurant, I'd have stolen her because she is a diamond in the industry. She knows what she's doing and doesn't flaunt it. This young woman is an asset to the company that's for sure. As for the food....it was phenomenal!! We had fried pickles, fried mushrooms for appetizers. Fried mushrooms were huge and seemed to be freshly breaded. The entrees were amazing. The rolls were much better than Colton's. I was highly impressed the quality of food. The prices seem to be pricey until you get your food. They don't have small portions. Everything is large portions. I'll be back when I'm that way again. Thank you again Cattleman's and Meagan for such a memorable experience.

After a long haul and a day’s work that’d put most folks in the dirt, I rolled into Cattleman’s Steak House lookin’ for a meal that could match my appetite—and they mostly delivered. The portions here are downright massive. Started with the tater skins appetizer, and that plate could’ve fed half a branding crew—crispy, cheesy, loaded with bacon, just the way it oughta be. I went with the hamburger, and it was top-notch—thick, juicy, cooked right, and tasted like real beef, not some frozen patty. My buddy had the cheesesteak sandwich, and it was a solid choice too—plenty of meat, good flavor, hearty bread. Now, for the one misstep: the rice pilaf. Lord have mercy, that stuff tasted like it came outta an old lady’s underwear drawer—straight-up mothball flavor. Not sure what went sideways there, but it ain’t fit for a ranch dog, let alone a hungry cowboy. Still, the meat is quality, the portions are generous, and the staff know what they’re doing. It’s a little pricey, sure, but you get what you pay for—and with the size of those plates, you won’t leave hungry. Big bonus: plenty of room for truck and trailer parking. That’s a rare find these days, and it makes this spot a real convenient stop for folks like me out on the road. Four stars strong. Just skip the pilaf and stick to the beef.

On New Years Eve our family dined at the Willow Springs location. We were seated at about 4:55pm. Our waiter took our drink order, we had three sodas and two waters. He brought our drinks and the three of us who had sodas realized at the first sip that they were all flat. We told our waiter and asked if we could change them out for water and he obliged. At the time, there was only a couple of tables seated besides us but he was the only waiter I saw. It took several minutes for us to get to place our order as several other tables were being seated. I ordered a salad and baked potato, my husband order the catfish and french fries, my daughter order a sirloin steak medium well with a salad and mashed potates, my mother ordered the hot roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy. We started noticing that people that had come in after us were already getting their food. At 5:30 our waiter came to our table and told us that our food was almost done and would be right out. A few minutes later a table that was seated after us received what looked like our food. The table that had been seated after us that was right behind us also received their food. At 5:45 we stopped the waiter and inquired about our food, he told us that the he could only bring it out when the kitchen prepared it, and offered us some more rolls. At 6pm we asked for the manager and was told she was back in the bar and would be out shortly. After another table that was seated after us and received their food before us I went to the counter. The girl at the register asked if I was ready to pay and I said well I would, if we had gotten our food. She looked through the orders and found ours and said she would get it taken care of, and thankfully she did. At 6:30, we received our food, my mothers food was cold but she ate around the cold part. My daughters steak was not cooked as she requested but was well done. The waiter came by the table and asked if our food was all on one check, I asked when we would speak to the manager. The waiter asked "You still want to see the manager?" He came back to the table and said that she was busy putting orders in and would get to us when she could. I asked if I could go back there and talk to her myself, which he didn't want me to do, but I did anyway. I went to the bar where there was a female putting orders in. She asked what she could do and I told her I was looking for the manager, and she said she was one of the managers, but that they were very busy and that she was putting orders in. Which was very off putting, but then she asked what was wrong. I told her the situation and gave her the timeline of our visit and she asked what table we were at, she looked at my ticket and said "well I can tell you that just by seeing who your waiter was that I understand". She took my phone number and told me that once it settled down she would review the security footage to find out what had been going on and would get back with me to make things right. I asked if he had even told her that we had asked for a manager, and she said that he said that she was needed but didn't tell her why. I got back to our table and he had given our ticket to the wrong table. So now it is January 21st and I have not received a phone call about...

I dont offten do this but tonight My husband and i had our last meal from this place. We decided to celebrate out 20th wedding aniversary with dinner just the two of us when we walked in there was one couple in a booth fixing to leave and a single gentalman just been seated there was 2 ladies behind the counter one grabed menues and asked if it was just the 2 of us then was left there to stand while the 2 talked between themselfs about 3 mins or more go by and the one lady finally said this way.set the menues down and asked what we were dirinking she was not rude but not friendly either we looked at the menues and placed our order so time passed and the lady brought out our salads and what i assumed to have been bread plates but no rolls at all (never did get rolls) the salad looked like a tipical house salad except the tomatoes were like nothing i have ever seen they were hard and barly pale pink not eddiable to us at all not checked on at all till our steaks were served.Looking great but not cooked how we asked both were ordered med well both arrived well done , the steaks were pretty darn good in taste good enought to deal with them being over cooked. still no bread she did come ask us if it was ok then disapered we ate and waited for the check and to ask for a box she came back set check at far end of table and the box in front of me said thank you and walked away now we had a gift certificate for 150 dollars and i am a good over tipper when i am showed hospitality this lady she was cold and did not care.our bill was 72 and change so i asked the one who rang us up to just make it 75 even the extra was for the server so they figured it up and gave me a credit left of 77 dollars and change i gave my remaining balance to my daughter and hope she would have a...

The 2 stars overall was because I had to tell the waitress to tell the fry cook and the grill cook to stop eating on the line while plating dishes in view of the customers. The fry cook was also the panty cook(salads/cold food) which really irritated me since my wife ordered the Ceaser Salad with Grilled Chicken. So there I sat, watching the grill(typically the Lead Line Cook) cook, toss slices of steak to the fry cook at the other end of the line and then watch as the fry cook(with his "sanitary" gloves on) catch said piece of flying meat, take a few bites before shoving it in his mouth, wipe the back of his hand across his face, still wearing the sanitary gloves... doing this while standing over the open pans of various salad making items, proceeds to make salads and such, and guess what, yep, still wearing his, at this point im guessing REQUIRED sanitary gloves... i wasn't going to say anything about it until he picked up a ramekin and licked it clean... probably the one he put my pickles in after the waitress said something.

Wife's salad was mostly dressing, the Romain was floating..... im sure this was also in response to my "complaint".

I had the sliced Prime Rib sandwich with frys.

Service was excellent as was the atmosphere. Place was clean and orderly.

we will be back.... probably not! There is a lot i can tolerate in a restaurant, eating over the raw food, not changing gloves, throwing/tossing food across the line, all in plain view, is not.

I can cook a...
