I waited a long time to get a response from them. When I showed up for appointment. They keep their door locked. I had to wait for someone to answer. She hands me a mask. I try to explain I have a hard time breathing. I enter a room she has a trainee with her. They do not have my equipment.this is the worst customer service I have ever had in my whole life. She leaves room comes back with an older machine for me to use when my order was for a 11. She puts a heating coil on my machine without me asking and puts it on me. I pull it off and tell her I can't breathe.this old machine I have only gives me half of the real hours I sleep. I would be in bed my whole life to get more than 4hours sleep. I have to figure things out because I can't go back to them. I told her I stopped going to doctors when they made people wear a mask. I called her up and they won't even make a appointment unless they have your credit card information. I was on phone with the woman and she says my boss is calling and hangs up on me. I’ve been using a CPAP for 25 years. The important thing is to get the right mask. Over the last 25 years I’ve tried about everything. For the last three years I have used DreamWorks. Read moreI was not happy with my experience. I asked to work with Dayton office and was given info for Minster office to order rollator. I asked for red and it is an orangey red. Don't really like color but I will deal with it because I have no desire to go to Minster again. I talked to office about not seeing information on computer to save it and they explained why that happened. She said I signed papers in the office.
