Dollar General — Local services in Willowdell

Good: The store is very convenient when I need to pick up something quick. It is awesome to have a store close to North Star for these kinds of things. Bad: Terribly slow service EVERYTIME I go there. I understand waiting 1-2 minutes for a cashier to get to the front desk, but I regularly have to wait 5+ minutes for someone to come to the front for the few items I intend to purchase. The last time this happened, there were 2 employees who walked right past me, into the office, and gossiped and complained about the company for 5 minutes before coming out to scan my items. I understand good help is hard to come by, but this store needs to find more workers who are reliable and take care of...

Did not like not being able to be with my dog when the Dr. examend my dog and was not able to ask questions about his diagnosis, On the bill there was no findings or instructions on what to do to help my dog. Again- no chance for me to know...
