This launch is poorly maintained. Aside from the Porta Pottys, all that is there are parking spaces. The dock was high and dry and the ramp has a drop off right where the boats start to float when launching, which could easily destroy a boat trailer axle when pulling your boat out, not to mention the sand build up on one side of the ramp. There are numerous snags just outside the ramp which are hazardous as well. Use extreme caution when using...

Semi primitive launch site, particularly at low water season. Outhouse rarely serviced and very little parking. On weekends overflow parking is on the main road on edge of Butte City then walk back over the dike...

Ramp needs a little help. When the river is low there is a 1ft drop off at the end of the ramp that is really tough on your trailer. Also during salmon season or hunting season there is often no trailer...
