In response to âownerâ Iâm not sure who posted this response, but the response is only HALF truth and full of lies! When I first moved in the community 7 years ago, all of the residents at a community meeting was told that ALL extra cars, could park ANYWHERE in the community where there was a un occupied space. THE PARKING SPACE WAS ASSIGNED TO MY RESIDENCE FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, while a leak that took 6 months or more was being worked on at my residence. Before AND after this assignment, the neighbors and I shared the space on a first come bases. I have more than TWO cars registered at my residence! Do I need to post my lease? I know that the space in question has been assigned to the new residents ( in the last 2 weeks). My COMPLAINT, is NOT to challenge this decision, it is to inform the public of the unfair treatment by Lisa (property management) against an established resident of 7 YEARS! I will NOT contact a biased manager to pay for an extra parking space, when there is NO other parking space ON MY STREET! Why would I park my car on another street? There has been numerous break ins to residents cars park IN THEIR DRIVEWAY. I have clearly stated to Lisa as well as Yes Community that I want to talk with someone that is in the corporate office. I guess this is how Yes Community handle their business with residents. Through google. Not professional at all! Moving forward, is Yes Community going to properly train the staff to notify the residents of changes in the community or allow a manger to change rules as she goes?????
I have been living here at The Crossing for 7 years. I have been using an extra parking space on my street (Tennyson Rd) to park my extra cars. This parking space has been used by myself and neighbors on a first come bases for years. All of a sudden, a new resident moves on the street and tells me that Lisa told them that this parking space belongs to the them. I talked to Lisa the property manager and was told that the new residents are renting this extra parking space. I informed Lisa that this was unfair and that I was unaware that the parking space was for rent. She then told me âwell you never asked â. I was told upon move in that any extra cars could park anywhere that an open parking space was available. I asked for corporate phone number to make a complaint and was given the wrong number. After contacting Yes Community, through the website. Lisa called and left a voicemail, asking if I wanted to rent another parking space for $50! Of course not! There is no other parking spaces available on my street. This manager make up rules as she goes and the different companies let her get away with it! This manager will sell you lies to get you to become a resident and then treat you with no respect afterwards! I canât wait to move my manufactured home after purchase ! Signed an...

Read moreI am so surprised by all these bad reviews because I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this company.. They are so professional I was in a really bad bind and I had to be out my home within 2 weeks because they were selling the home... My family and I were prepared to stay in a hotel for at least a month because we knew it was going to be difficult to find a home is so little time.. I explained to Ms. Lisa our situation and she and her entire team went above and beyond to get my family and I into a new home within a week! I was amazed and it was a 4 bedroom home something I was having a difficult time finding.. My home is beautiful!! I couldn't have asked for a better home, my kids LOVE it!!! What I love is even they they were given a short time frame to prepare our home they did not just throw anything together.. they took their time and did it right, I had an issue with my washer and dryer hookup and it was causing a leak to run in my bathroom I called Lisa and reported it and maintenance was at my door within 5 minutes of me calling and fixed the problem. I have even texted Christina after hours and she always responds back to me.. The neighborhood is nice, clean and quiet even with the kids playing it's still not a lot of noise.. We love it so much that we plan on having us a home built there next year.. I say give it a chance I love my home...
