We've been going to Neal's Harness for many years for my stable supplies, horse tack, saddle & leather repairs. Neal has THE BEST BOOT PRICES around, for my husband's work boots, mine & my kids' muck boots. My daughter and i attended a dressage show in Reedsville WV this past weekend. After she rode my horse we realized my billet strap broke off of the tree of my saddle. We were thinking we’d have to scratch our rides and drive back to PA. We called Neal’s tack store and he said to bring it over and he’d see what he could do. It took an hour to get there but he fixed it so it would never break again. His kindness and expertise saved the day. We are so grateful....
