Very disappointed in the way we have been treated by this company. My wife and I own a business and had been ordering their products through Faire. Out of nowhere one of our orders was canceled and we were told that our store was not a good fit for their product. We had been selling their products very successfully for close to two years. When we reached out to them for an explanation they refused to answer our emails/messages and have not returned our calls. Very disappointed. This company is very sketchy. They happily take your orders and give discounts to help promote their brand, Then after you are selling and place orders through avenues they make available to save money they suddenly cancel your orders and state no longer a good fit. As others have stated with no explanation or will not answer calls. Poor business practice and a very bad way to treat companies that have promoted your brand. I believe they do have strong competitors that I will have to promote even more...

Absolutely love their products! Have NO IDEA what Dodge Casteel's complaint is about. $10 per jar is completely realistic. Quality products should be paid for what they are worth.
