Mary Atkinson Camp — Local services in Wilsons Mills

I have thought about this place often most of my fondest memories is of growing up going to CMA all the way up into my teenage years and even became a CIT there! I loved everything about it from swimming to crafts to archery and the camp fires by the lake under the stars by the water and realeasing the candles we made on tree barks! I plan to go back and at least visit although I am sure none of the staff from my days are still there. I recommend this camp for any girl that loves camping and making life long friendships! Not a good experience. Maybe on a non rainy weekend where activities aren’t cancelled (that shouldn’t have been regardless of the rain since it didn’t rain all weekend), it may be ok.
