Ray's Sport and Marine Bemidji — Local services in Wilton

In January 2024, I brought my 2002 Artic Cat 4 stroke Touring in for an oil change and HiFax change. After that, I rode approximately 50 miles in Canada on a fishing trip and last month I rode another 50 miles in Canada on a fishing trip. I keep my snowmobile stored either in my shop or house garage. I noticed an oil puddle on the floor of my house garage where the snowmobile had been parked. I checked the oil level and found it low by over 2 quarts after the oil change after the sled had been driven 103 miles which seems unreasonable to me. Obviously the oil has leaked from the engine. The filter which was changed appears to be tight and not leaking. I suspect the oil drain plug was not tightened properly and or the crush washer was not put on the drain plug or the old one was reused. I will remove the drain to determine what the situation is. I am not very happy with Ray's Sports service and feel I was overcharged for lousy...

I had a check engine light on my snowmobile so I brought it here. Within a couple of days Justin got back to me with the issue my sled was having. He gave me some options to get it fixed and did not pressure me into getting it done. Jeff brought me into the shop to show me the problem and helped me get the sled back in the trailer. All staff was very respectful and did a great job. Highly recommend...
