We moved to Arizona in January 2022 and left quite a few items behind for this business to sell on consignment for us. We are in May 2022 now and haven’t received a single paycheck despite several texts sent, emails sent, phone calls made, Venmo set up, and new address provided. I should have read the reviews first. Carol Johnson’s post appears to be spot on based on our experience attempting to do consignment with this business. And now we await the rebuttal which will likely be a desperate attempt to discredit this post or be met with stone cold silence...

I was shocked by some of the reviews I saw and thought I had to put in my opinion on this place. The times that I’ve been here, it’s been really fun looking around at the large assortment of items, now that might just be my preference but, it’s pretty cool in there. Anytime my family has gotten something from there, it’s always been a product you wouldn’t expect from a regular consignment shop and the products have been convenient for their price as well. Pricing is fair and they have a lot of cool finds, but the customer service/communication was terrible. We came down two days in a row. Day 1 we asked about a table asking the price and they say $125 after supposedly calling the owner, called the next day and they say $130, get there to purchase and they say firm $135. It's very shady and unprofessional. Also, they said they would help load into the car and just... Didn't. Cool shop, just run by...
