I will never go back to this place again. I Ben buying beef for over 10 years and never been shorted . Conviently I was shorted the best cut of beef the ribeyes. I was charged 75.00 more for processing than I pay at my other butcher. T-bones were not cut properly I did not want the plate boil added to my ground beef nor the short rib and they did. And it also smelled like rotting meat outside the place. Moreover they said they would call me back about the shortage and didn’t....

We recently purchased pork burgers from a fundraiser. We were amazed at the wonderful flavor, and how good these were compared to other places we’ve purchased them from.
