I’m writing to express my sincere gratitude to Pond View Golf Course for their outstanding customer service. My son and nephews (visiting from Arizona) had their golf plans disrupted at another local course this morning, and Pond View stepped up in a big way.

The staff immediately welcomed the boys and accommodated our last-minute booking without hesitation. They were professional, friendly, and made the boys feel genuinely appreciated as customers.

What made this especially meaningful is that these cousins rarely get to see each other since they live across the country. The time they have together is limited and precious to our entire family. When their original golf plans fell through, I was concerned their day would be ruined.

Thanks to Pond View’s excellent customer service and welcoming attitude, the boys had an absolute blast. They came back excited about their round and how well they were treated. Seeing them happy and enjoying their time together meant everything to us as parents.

As grandmother, I cannot express how thankful I am for the wonderful treatment my grandsons received at Pond View Golf Course. After a very disappointing morning at another local course, I was heartbroken that these young men’s golf outing might be ruined.

When we called Pond View, they immediately welcomed the boys and accommodated our last-minute request. The staff was so kind and understanding of our situation. They made the boys feel valued and respected - exactly what they deserved.

I was so relieved and happy that their day wasn’t ruined! These are good young men who love golf and choose to spend their time outdoors instead of inside playing video games. To see them welcomed with such warmth and professionalism meant the world to this grandmother.

The boys had a fantastic time and came back with huge smiles, talking about what a great course it was and how nice everyone treated them. As a grandmother, there’s nothing better than seeing your grandchildren happy and enjoying themselves.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pond View Golf Course! After a disappointing experience at another local course this morning, we called Pond View hoping they could accommodate my son and nephews (visiting from Arizona) for a last-minute tee time.

Not only did they welcome us with open arms, but their customer service was absolutely exceptional. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. They accommodated our last-minute booking without any hassle, allowed the boys to share rental clubs when needed, and their pricing was very reasonable.

After our rough morning elsewhere, the contrast in customer service was remarkable. The boys had a fantastic round of golf and felt genuinely welcomed. This is exactly how a business should treat its customers - with respect, flexibility, and genuine care.
