Fox’s General Store — Local services in Winchester

I recently visited Fox's General Store and left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. The store's atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable, largely due to the cashier's behavior. During my visit, I observed the cashier:

Speaking rudely to employees, using a harsh and demeaning tone

Dismissing customer concerns without attempting to address them

Making unprofessional comments within earshot of customers

This person's attitude created an unwelcoming environment that overshadowed any positive aspects of the store. His disrespectful attitude towards both staff and customers was shocking and unacceptable.

While the store may have decent food/products, the toxic atmosphere makes it difficult to recommend. Until there are significant improvements in customer service and professional conduct, particularly from management, I cannot in good conscience support this business.

I always loved going to foxes when kevin ran the store but recently with the new owners the prices of everything is absolutely ridiculous. I will make a trip into town for this. 6.00 for 2 boxes of macaroni and cheese is crazy to me. 6.00 for a gallon of milk. I understand people need to make a living but we live out in the country.
