Shawnee Springs Market — Local services in Winchester

As I was traveling last Saturday, I stopped at this little market. They had a lot of beautiful things in the market. I purchased some apples and a coconut cream pie to bring home for my family. The customer service in the store was very lacking. Employees were certainly not friendly. I had to checkout twice which is very time wasting and super inconvenient. I had to go into one line to checkout my pie. I had to yet again wait in another line to checkout my apples. Then I get my $18 pie home only to find out it was not edible. It was by far the worst coconut pie I have ever eaten. It tasted sour and rancid. It was so horrible that no one in my family could tolerate eating it. Look I like this place but I placed an order over the phone so pick up would be a flash. Instead, this location like every other store is out of something. Go figure! But instead of knowing whats in stock at your store on the phone, they find out after the order is placed. They attempt to call me back but call the wrong number, they call some random customers numbers... I know this because she told me when I got there! they didn't even attempt to find the right number. They just figure hey what the heck, he can be late to work why not. I had a terrible experience today, I had two separate lunch orders , one was perfect the other not even close .. I ordered a turkey and provolone PLAIN. On wheat toasted. I specifically said plain, when the lady was ringing it up she asked did I want everything on it? Again I said no , plain , she said just turkey and cheese ? I said yes .
