I ordered an item one month ago with standard shipping. I received an email at this time stating that the payment has been received and now waiting for the order to be fulfilled and shipped. I did receive any information from them since and attempted to contact them through their website, email, and phone number without success. I am also not able to cancel the order and receive a refund until the order is fulfilled (see the top of their Terms & Conditions page for this clause) which is incredibly frustrating and I no longer anticipate that a refund will ever occur.

Looking at other reviews of their other site, it looks like I am not alone in this problem so online buyer beware. (Note for awareness - I also posted this review for their location so that all potential online...

Don’t order online. I ordered 15 days ago and cannot get the company to respond to see when or if the order will ship. It was supposed to go out in 5 days.
