When I went to pick my light, upon walking in no one was around to help and no one was even at the desk. The woman that finally came to the desk (Blonde lady) was VERY rude and unprofessional and acted as if i was cutting into her personal time when i asked her to grab my light. Not to mention Took 10 minutes to come to the desk from the back to help me and then it was a problem for her to grab my light? Customer service does not meet expectations for that type of store. Also, to add they do NOT wear mask inside the store when we are almost one year in to a deadly pandemic. Do better. Shellie and Valerie were absolutely the best in giving us a selection that would work in our spaces as well as (when asked) letting us know what might not be a perfect fit.
