I wanted to get a storage headboard for a Christmas gift for my daughter this year. I spent weeks looking online to order one from big name retailers (Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, etc.), but couldn't commit to one in fear they would not be a good quality (cheap veneer). I finally remembered All Sleep where my husband and I purchased our mattress a few years ago. I called one week before Christmas and couldn't of been more thrilled with the customer service I received by phone. She directed me to their website where I could find a photo of what they had for a storage headboard, and assured me they would pick up the size I needed the next day from their supplier. I know waterbeds are not the newest technology or the newest fad, but my wife & I love ours. Much to my my dismay, at about 2PM today, I discovered my waterbed mattress had sprung a leak. Knowing that I could not leave it leaking, I drained the mattress. Then I hit the Internet looking to see if anyone close to me still sold waterbeds and supplies. Relief struck at about 3:45PM when my search turned up All Sleep, and even better they had the king size mattress and liner in stock. The best part is that I am only 45 minutes away, so I was able to fix my bed tonight. All Sleep was very helpful on the phone, had everything ready to load in my car when I arrived, and were extremely knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely be purchasing my maintenance supplies there...

All Sleep in Windham really came through for me! I ordered a mattress direct from the manufacturers website- almost 3 weeks later, no tracking updates and I was told they couldn’t give me any information on when it would arrive, when it would ship, and gave me the generic ‘we understand your frustration but there’s nothing we can do at this time.’ I spoke with Shannon @ All Sleep, and she had it in stock and set it aside and it was ready to go by the time I got there. She was very helpful and professional, and even matched the manufacturer price.
