I recently bought a Weber Grill from Rick's Ace Hardware. I had been looking to find a grill that fit my needs. I traveled to several stores and in most cases did not find anyone to answer my questions or help me discern which of the many Weber options met my needs. So I called George one night to see if they had Weber's in stock. He asked me how I used the grill and what features were important to me. I came into the store and we sat in front of the computer and narrowed our choices until it was clear what was the best fit. It arrived in the store in 2 days and was delivered assembled to my deck. Amazing customer service all around. I called with a question and the man that answered the phone was very helpful. I came in to have a key made and the girl that helped me was very friendly, immediately said she would help, and did a great job answering my questions (and both keys I had made worked.) The girl at the register was also very sweet and gave me additional information in case my keys didn't work. It was refreshing to see an entire staff of friendly people that were very helpful. (These days all you get are eye rolls, terrible attitudes, and nobody to help you.) But not at this store. Thank you for smiling and being positive and helpful....

The staff go above and beyond with helping their customers. They are always so helpful with finding what I need. When I am in the store I get asked multiple times by multiple employees if I need help. Even if I am unsure what I exactly need, I know they will help me. It is very obvious managment has high expectations of their employees. Always offering to help, even if it's carrying bags of grass seed to my truck that is parked on the end of the lot in the pouring rain. The store is always clean and well organized.
