LP Wilson Community Center — Local services in Windsor

I love walking around the track here at various times of the day. It feels very safe and I love to see such an active community. I’ve noticed dog poop appearing more and more on the walking path. Maybe installing signs with poo bags and bins would help deter this? Also when organizations/teams have baseball/softball games they block the walking path and leave trash around. I’ve seen beer bottle caps and food wrappers littered around the field and path. Overall I enjoy the community center, and appreciate seeing an active community. A little consideration for others...

The LP Wilson Community Center was once a school & is now divided in half with one side being used by the School Dept & left side being used for the community center which houses the Senior Center, the Win-TV studio & the Auditorium used by the local theater group & the gym. Currently there is some construction going on with the bathrooms among other things getting a redesign & being moved so that's why I'm only giving it a 4. I went there to see my granddaughter perform in the SpongeBob Musical play and the seats were comfortable. The restroom was clean with soap, warm water, and a paper towel. The parking is large and the lights are on motion detectors for the poles and building.
