The pool is super clean and really enjoyable to swim in!
The lazy river is quite fun and runs at a good pace.
Offers a lot of room, you have hammocks, lawn chairs, lawn chairs in the shallow part of the pool. You also have cabanas to lounge in with big beds to lay on!
You have a snack bar with lots of options like nachos, personal pizza’s, pretzels, quesadillas and even some crepes.
The price for a family of 4 who are not Windsor residents is costly! $80 just to get in! I spent another $45 at the snack bar. 4 lemonades, a quesadilla, hotdog and nachos. My Mom spent another $15 at the snack bar.
There are two things that took this rating down to 4 stars instead of five.
The first one is the fake grass that you have to walk across to get to the hammocks, it is super hot and will burn everyone’s feet! It’s a big open space for kids to run that really can’t be used.
The second is at the snack bar, the condiments sit outside all day everyday and when you go to use them, the relish will not come out of the squeeze tube, it just juices the relish juice out, soaking the bun, it’s pretty gross actually. I think packets of relish, ketchup and mustard might be a better choice, a lot of bacteria just sits in...
Read moreI worked here for 1 summer and all I can say is that this place has its ups and downs.
The concession food it alright, but the time you wait on it makes it feel like a waste of time. Only good thing id recommend there are the drinks.
As far as pool deck, very clean, we did our best to make sure of that. Pool maintains clean as well besides some sand/dirt here and there, but its cleaned daily so no worries on that.
I think the only problem is finding a spot to sit. People will go SUPER early in the morning right at opening and just go in, and set down towels and pool items in general to reserve lounging chairs and cabanas. I even went in on a work day once and I saw just 1 lady pulling extra chairs and seats towards the cabana for family that didnt show up till maybe 2 hours later.
So all in all,...
Read moreI hate to say it because it’s been amazing in years past, but they’ve ruined this for residents. It’s way more public than residents and I feel bad for members who pay $600/year and still can’t get a chair. I will never buy the membership for that reason. There’s no regulation on how full the pool gets. The cleanliness has gone way down hill. It is a beautiful pool and convenient to get to in the neighborhood but they really should revise how they do entry next year. I have a gluten allergy and almost never use the concessions either. Selection is poor and lines are always long. I do appreciate the adult swim times every hour this year! I have to do aquatic therapy and those 10 min breaks at the hour have helped with that. Please send out another survey at the end of the year for...
