The well-known samosas had a mild heat profile that perfectly balanced the traditional spices used, making it truly authentic. The proprietor makes them herself, and at just $3 each for these wonderfully pockets of potatoes and vegetables and spices it is an amazing bargain. Add some tamarind or mint sauce to dip and you have a meal.
