One of two restaurants in this fine town. We walked in watched several staff member run past us without seating ya. Looked around for a wait for hostess sign or seat yourself sign, none. So we sat down equated another 10 minutes to get someone’s attention . Got drinks and ordered the kids food while we decided. Placed our order 10 minutes later. Kids got their food and we continued to wait. Sat and talked amongst ourselves. Waited a total of 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and pulled pork sandwich. Our waitress came to the table to inform us that there was a bachelorette party and the kitchen is backed up and my cheeseburger was not ready . Asked the waitress to cancel mine as I was irritated that we had been there for an hour and have had no prior communication as to the delay. She proceeds to bring another waitress over. New waitress walks up to the table and asks what the problem was. I’m sorry what? We agai explained how long we had been there and we simply wanted to pay for drinks and the kids food and go home. She then tell us that three different waitresses told her that our table had a problem. Wait what just fell out your mouth. We didn’t have problem until your attitude walked up the table and acted like an entitled jerk. We again explain what was goin and we just want to pay for our stuff and leave. She states the meal is on them. As I’m leaving I notice the original waitress and the other staff pointing and talking. Ok I’m done. Listen sunshine, I’m right here and can in fact hear you. I’ve asked for the manager and was told that they weren’t there by the second waitress. She then comes back and says I’m the manager tonight. Ok who is over your, no one. I tell her she is unprofessional how she approached us, handles the conversation. She stared blankly at me. Cool I will just take it to the people. DO NOT EAT UNLESS YOU ARENT SUPER HUNGRY AND HAVE LOTS OF...

I was initially not going to post a review for the world to see but after reading the reviews, one in particular with a gentleman that had an experience similar to mine, I’ve changed my mind. This other review made a statement about the G5 owners calling out their customers. The same thing happened to me.

I made a visit to G5 with my wife yesterday. It took 15-20 minutes for our waitress, who was not the friendliest to begin with, to come to our table and take our order. In nearly an hour and a half, we had one drink at our table and the food never arrived before we decided to leave. I had no idea what the price of our two drinks came to, since we weren’t being waited on, so I guessed about $8 and left that on the table. This wasn’t our first experience like this with G5, it was our third. The first two times we wrote it off as a new business working out the bugs.

My initial thought was to contact them through Facebook messenger to express our disappointment rather than post here, as I said, for the world to see. In her response she accused me of stealing, which is what changed my mind about posting here. Again, we can’t pay the bill if the help doesn’t come to the table to give us the bill. I could go on but I think the customer service and the response speaks for itself.

In my observation while I was there it was obvious if you were connected, a regular or the owner, you got lots of attention and your drinks stayed full. As I read in another review, others like my wife and I didn’t even get eye contact. I was excited about having a local brewery in my community when they first opened. I’ll stick with the other breweries around the area that have proven...

Nice place, in a town that doesn't have much to offer. Service last night was horrible, waited over 1 1/2 hr for food. Watched other people who arrived way after us finish their food before we even got ours. The menu is your standard bar menu. Burgers, Chicken Sandwiches, Steak Sandwich, etc. Prices are about what you would expect. Last night they were out of steak sandwiches, Chicken patties, and majority of toppings you garnish hamburgers with plus more. The waitress had it all written on the back of her hand as she read it all to us. Our orders were wrong once delivered with the waitress saying "oh, I didn't make it so its not my fault" We thought that was hilarious, but pretty disappointing looking back. We had a party of 9, we ordered 4 burgers because they were out of pretty much everything else we wanted to order. Every burger was crispy burnt, where the kids who were with us wouldn't eat them. I could go on, but the bottom line for me is the place needs a staff overhaul starting with management, being out of that much food on a Saturday night is unacceptable. I also thought the staff could be better if they had the right people leading them. I personally wont be going back and I would only recommend this place as a good example of a poorly run...

Pretty sweet little joint. I dropped in for a take-out burger and enjoyed a pint while I waited. Their Marzen (Gourdtoberfest) was quite tasty and serving it in a Ball jar with a handle was a nice touch. It's got a solid small-town-western-country vibe but is still comfortable and classy for the "non-country" folk. I was pleased to find they offer a plant-based substitute for all their burgers, so definitely vegetarian friendly. I ordered a vegetarian mushroom-swiss burger (they use Beyond Meat patties) and a side of fries. Pretty tasty, my only comments/notes would be that I wished they added a little seasoning to the patty and maybe offered some sauces for the fries as a take-out option. Other than that I enjoyed my experience and would recommend G5 Brewpub to anyone in the area looking for some grub and a pint!

Great local restaurant! Very warm and cozy interior, friendly staff, and a good but not too loud din as people talk, eat, and be together. For those that enjoy their brews, G5 has a rotating list and samplers for you to try. The menu isn't exhaustive, but it has good quality fare - I recommend the patty melt with added bacon! They also have a small but tempting looking desert menu, which I will have to try next time. All in all, G5 Brewpub was a good life choice for dinner. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Went into G5 and was treated really well. The inside is really cool. It's set up was unique. G5 Brewpub is very clean. They are open in the morning. It's tucked away right south of county road 74. In my honest opinion I think it's a hidden gem more people should come check out. G5 has some cool style and how their place is set up. Great menu and if you drink I think they will have what your looking for.
