La Vigneta Winery — Local services in Winfield Township

Wonderful little winery with friendly and attentive service and delicious food offerings. Me and my wife went for an afternoon tasting and some food and we were met by a wonderful employee that seemed to be doing it all. She attended our tasting needs, made and delivered the food, and attended to other customers all while dealing with a finicky circuit breaker and a smile and politeness never left her. The food was surprisingly fresh and quite tasty for such a small venue (which is probably why they are expanding and moving locations; that and a circuit breaker 😂). I'd highly recommend the whipped feta dip with herb roasted tomatoes! The wines were all very good as well, both dry and sweet, which works well for me and my wife. Stopped by their new tasting room this morning because I saw that they served espresso-based beverages and authentic Italian pastries. I got a caramel cappuccino and a slice of the apricot almond pastafrola. Everything was super delicious and the inside of the building was extremely warm and inviting. Very pleasant staff and answered any questions that I had. Im giving one star because one of their employees, driving a company vehicle (ZPW-8733) ran me off the road on July 12th 2022, at around 7:50pm at the intersection of Library Rd and Connor Rd.
