I was here at 6am for a 9am delivery. Didn't get put into a door until 10:30. It was me and 1 other truck here. At 11:35am I am now late for my reload that is scheduled for 12 noon in Emporia, Ks, and they still haven't started to unload me. The people here don't have a clue what the hell is going on and don't care about anyone else or their schedule. If you have to deliver here.....expect to be delayed for many hours. Appointment times...

Nice and friendly people, fast Loading and unloading, last time went for pick up 18 hrs before the appointment l, they gave dock right way and got loaded wiyh in one and half hour.

Stopped by the night before my delivery to ask if I could park on the lower lot, he was going to let me and then he said why don't you just back into a door.
