I bought a used Ferris lawn mower from Barry. To help me out they shipped it from Pierre down to Winner so I would only have to drive 4 hours. When I got it home it ran about an hour and then had a low battery problem. Barry had checked up on me to see how it was running. I told him that it had an alternator problem. He told me to get it fixed and send him the bill. I ordered the parts and put them in and sent Barry the bill. I received the check for the parts. This problem was not apparent until you put some hours on it. I bought this mower for a fair price and received outstanding service even though it was a small sale for the dealership. Grossenburg service is terrible. They are slow and way over priced. They also bill your parts out before you pick them up. When confronted about it they will blacklist you. Have never experienced such ungrateful business owners in my life. Would not recommend Grossenburg...
