Go to place for my family's christmas get together extravaganza for the last 6 years. They recently went up on their rental cost so they can still keep the lights on.

Plenty of space with lots of tables and chairs. There is all of the basic appliances that are dated and still functional which includes a stove and oven, a microwave, deep freezer, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
