I came by here over the weekend in hopes to talk to my aunt that I haven't seen in years. I told a cashier who I was looking for. She was very nice. She knew who I was talking about. She proceeded to ask what looked like a manager if she (my aunt) was working today. She gave me an extremely dirty look and snapped back by saying she didn't know who that was or anybody by that name. And if I wanted to go see if she was working in the back, I could go look for her my own self. I was honestly taken aback by how rude this lady was. It was a white lady with long dark hair. I honestly am shocked how she got in a management position. I would hate to work under her because I have a feeling she talks to everyone that way. She stood in the same exact spot the whole time I was there doing nothing, but she didn't have time to help me. Also, I know for a fact my aunt has been working there for at least seven years. She's been working there since before it was Super One. So, this manager doesn't even know her own employees? Or maybe she doesn't care to know them. I was going to get a few things while there, but this lady was absolutely repulsive I left. I hope Super One addresses this issue and this lady has an...

When I asked manager if they price matched their own app, not another store, she said no. Then when ring up my sugar, ad clearly states that 2 Coupons per transaction. Coupon stated 2 bags per coupon. So I got 4. The first 2 rang up but not the last 2. Again the cashier argues with me, saying it says only 2. No teach your employees the concept of couponing and what the print states. All these cashiers want to do is stand & scan items. Do your job & learn what your policies are. Managers don’t know either. But it’s their jobs to update app prices and follow what the coupons state. Photos to show proof...
