I should have known it was, too, good to be true. I received a mailer from them with a game for a chance to win. It said no purchase necessary. Usually, I would have thrown it in the trash but I decided to try my luck. I pulled the tabs and it stated I won $1k. I claimed the prize online as instructed. I schedule to go pick up my prize. I called the dealership before getting on the road to insure it was real. They told me on the phone it was. I get there and they made me wait for a while after gathering all my personal information. They told me I had to wait for the insurance to clear on the prize then I could go to the board to claim my prize. I walked to the other side with the dealer only for him to tell me the numbers didnāt match. This mf gave me a $5 Walmart gift card. I could have saved an hour worth of driving for that. From the moment I drove up to the dealership, they kept trying to get me to purchase a new vehicle. I declined multiple times. Iām happy I did. If they could be that deceitful to lure customers in, I wouldnāt trust them far as I could throw them. This economy is, too, bad to play with people in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is a horrible dealership to go to. The service manager, Billy Smith, and service advisor, Pamela Lighten both have HORRIBLE attitudes. I had to have my suv serviced there and they charged me 2 hours for a service that probably only took 30 minutes. But I understand that some mechanics like to take advantage of people. After calling back, Billy let me know that no matter how long it takes a service to be performed, they will use the time that is in a system. He used the example that if a doctor only spends 10 minutes in surgery, you donāt complain about the price. I explained that doctors donāt charge for labor by the hour. Billy hung up on me when I told him about his attitude and Pamās attitude. Also, while I was standing inside getting ready to pay, several people came in with complaints, one of which said she bought a used car from there and had not received her tags and it had been more than 60 and she was having trouble getting them to assist her. Though I donāt live in Winnsboro, I would suggest no one ever go here. They have no idea of what...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNancy Nichols was wonderful. Sheās been helping me look for a vehicle that would fit my needs and budget for awhile now. She found me one, but she didnāt push me to buy it. She gave me the information and advice I needed to make a sound, informed decision. I did double check all the information I was given as I was not skeptical of her, but Iāve been done bad on car deals before so I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. Everything checked out perfectly. There was a small issue with the vehicle that we werenāt aware of going in, she got it fixed for me in a timely manner. Based off the first vehicle I bought there several years ago, I wouldnāt have gone back. But, there are new people and with that comes change, and after this I will very likely be going back when/if I decide to trade in several years. I was pleased with Nancy and the rest of the staff and I highly recommend you see her if you visit them. She doesnāt hard sell - she actually helps you decide if the deal is right for you and if it isnāt, she helps you figure...
