First and foremost let me first mention Miguel is a great guy, I see a lot of positive reviews about him and I see why.
This Review is simply about management, specifically The tall, bald gentleman. (He didn't care to share his name so I will refer to him as simply "the manager")
Here goes, I contacted Miguel roughly 4 Days ago regarding the silver C43 Benz sitting inside of the showroom, Yesterday was the only opportunity I had to come in with my fianceĢ to see the vehicle since the vehicle was for her. When we entered the showroom I immediately started to inspect the vehicle, noticing small defects that were a little off putting but not much. Once I popped the hood of the vehicle and tore of the engine cover I noticed a massive oil leak coming from the Head or the engine gaskets. I deemed the vehicle not ready for sale especially for my fianceĢ and kindly told Miguel why we wouldn't be purchasing. as we were leaving the establishment, "The manager" came out and showed us another AMG vehicle, a black 2013 ML63. upon inspection, I noticed the intakes underneath the hood were literally duct taped together, and old oil caked up on the manifold. At this point I was turned off completely.
As we were leaving my fianceĢ who still liked the looks of the vehicle wanted to give them a chance and at least sit in the vehicle and drive it, at this point we agreed if they addressed the leak then we would still be interested in purchasing the vehicle, I can't lie the price point was attractive enough. "The manager" pulled the vehicle out and let us test drive the vehicle. Upon test driving it we noticed 2 more alarming issues. The vehicles breaks and rotors were pulsating and the suspension was completely shot.
I pulled the manager to the side when we arrived back and addressed all the issues we found during our short test drive (Not even 5 Min). I did this discretely not too disturb any of the other deals being worked. As my fianceĢ and I walked to the door to exit the manager decided to victim shame us and completely without reason explode out of character and yell at me In front of his staff and the other set of customers present during this time. Stating I wasted his time, I floored his car without the engine being warmed up and insisting he drive my personal vehicle so he can in return ruin my vehicle. All this because his vehicle was not up to par, a show room vehicle at that.
In short, My honest opinion is that this lot does not service vehicles, instead shines them up and sells them as is. The manager does not care for constructive criticism and expects you to buy his vehicle subserviced. If serviced at all, His anger issues will be his downfall over all. I can tell he's never heard the expression "the customers always right" ESPECIALLY when in this case we WERE right for not wanting to pursue a vehicle with engine, suspension, and brake issues. I would love to see management reply to this review with a lie. I did take pictures of the C43 and the ML63 engine compartments Just in case they were needed. I had no intentions of leaving a review since I was fond of Miguel, but a situation like this calls for honestly. Especially if other customers are looking at those two vehicles...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf a 0 star option existed... We purchased a 2017 BMW hybrid vehicle from G motors on January 16th 2023. Our salesman Serge lied to us within the first hour when we asked him where the hybrid charger was and he told us it "didn't come standard" instead of just being honest. The Temporary tags for this vehicle expired on February 14th 2023. Since that time, we had numerous interactions with the dealership where we were lied to, being told by different employees That our Tags would be "ready in 3 to 4 days". We were also provided a letter via email from the dealership and told that if we were pulled over after the tags expired to provide this letter to the police. I was indeed pulled over for the expired tags, and at that time was informed by a police officer that the car could be impounded and that it cannot be driven under any circumstance as it is currently considered an unregistered vehicle. Each week Serge gave some long story that never truly answered the question, blaming it on everything from the DMV to COVID. Then I was told by Brittany she was newly hired to help straighten out the mess at the dealership as they didn't even keep an excel sheet of customer information. Brittany told me there was a title issue with DMV and gave me different dates for my tag delivery for the next 2 weeks that never happened. Finally after 2 days of my calls being dodged and then told the tags may be in a locked office no one could enter, I was told someone would call me in 10 minutes. The next day I spoke to Patrick who said he was "doing me a favor" by taking the time to look for my tags. I told him I had been patient for 5 weeks with expired tags and I would now be filing a complaint with the DMV. He hung up on me. It was not until 3/27, nearly 6 weeks after my tags expired on 2/14 that I received my registration and tags finally. This did not occur until after a DMV investigator showed up at G Motors to ask questions. The BBB informed me they currently have 3 unresolved complaints. I highly recommend going elsewhere with your business. My biggest regret was not looking them up on the BBB site before doing...
