OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! If I could give 10 STARS I would!!!

I hired House of Gamez through Montez—he was TRULY AMAZING!! I would like to start by saying I had an outdoor party for my 9 year old twins, and the weather forecast changed to rain.

I called Montez on a late Friday night, and he went above and beyond to accommodate my kids party needs on short notice.

The kids absolutely loved this gaming experience! But what really AMAZED me and my wife about Montez, was how in a short period of time, he got 20 kids to listen, follow rules and have an awesome play time experience !!!

Montez has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills, and the end result exceeded our expectations, and all the kids had a BLAST!!!

In closure, Montez professionalism, punctuality, communication style, and responsiveness led to exceptional customer service.

I plan on definitely hiring him again in the future, and would highly...

Had Mr. Montez come this weekend with his video game truck for my sons 10th birthday party and it was an amazing experience! I really appreciated how clean and how organized the truck was. There was a really good selection of game systems and game options for everyone - even the adults had a blast playing on the giant screens outside the truck. Plus - I liked the fact that Mr. Montez made sure to give the kids instructions on how to behave and also respect the wishes of the birthday kid the entire timeframe the truck was there - all done in a very kind and respectful manner towards the kids. This Video Game Truck really put the icing on my son’s 10th BDay celebration cake!!! He told me that this was the best birthday party he ever had! Our host was Matt. Hands down...he was phenomenal! He called prior to arrival, was very pleasant, tentative to the kids and a lot of fun. We had three girls at the party, and Matt was extremely accommodating to them. He hooked them right on up with Just Dance on the TVs that are outside of the truck. ALL the kids rant and raved about how much they enjoyed themselves. Also, I had the truck for one hour and a 1/2. Next time I’ll be adding the additional time. It’s definitely worth it!

We worked with House of Gamez to rent their photo booth for our women in tech conference. The booth was a BIG HIT! What was even better than how much fun our attendees had taking pictures was how easy the entire House of Gamez team made the whole process. From the booking, to creating custom frames for our photos, to the set-up and breakdown of the booth - everything was so easy and seamless! We will definitely be renting the booth again and I am already trying to figure out how to get one of their game trucks to our next event.

Would definitely recommend. Today we had a gaming truck party for my son's 10th Birthday. Due to COVID, we had just a small number of participants (5), although the truck could hold three times that number, but I was absolutely fine with that. We were blessed to have moderate temperatures today. Montez was friendly, professional, responded promptly, on time and accommodating. Inside the truck was spacious, neat, sanitized and clean. Would definitely book with him again.
