Hobby Garage — Local services in Winter Haven

I'm from out of town, and I arrived near closing time. I looked around and ended up purchasing a few things. Being so excited, I wasn't paying attention and bought a Castle motor that was too small for my needs. I realized my error a couple of miles down the road, after the store had already closed. I tried to hurry back, and the doors were locked, but the owner saw me through the glass and came to the door. I explained my issue, and he welcomed me back into the store and allowed me to return the motor. I did end up buying another motor that was a little more expensive, but that was my choice. This kind of exceptional customer service is rare these days, and people like that are not common. I highly reccomend this store and I wish that I didnt live 5 hours away so I could give them...

Wow wow wow beyond great customer service when it comes to their hobby knowledge and the help flat out perfect.
